Optimisation of the system for neon-helium mixture purification

摘要
At present neon consumption rises rapidly, especially in electronic and aerospace industries. The complex of equipment for enrichment and purifying of Ne-He concentrate, which was created by a group of engineers from the research departments of "Iceblick" and Baumann MSTU, provides impurities concentration in the production mixture less than 0.005 vol. % at a productivity of 20 divided by 40 m(3)/h of pure mixture. The pure mixture is used in a plant for high purity neon production.
