摘要
A convenient and efficient one-pot multi-component synthesis of novel polysubstituted 4-amino-2,3-dihydropyridines from carbonyl compounds, malononitrile and acetonitrile, using indium triflate is reported. Acetonitrile acts both as a solvent as well as a substrate. (C) 2011 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
