Reduced-intensity conditioning for allogeneic stem-cell transplantation (SCT) with fludarabine and intravenous busulfan is associated with improved toxicity profile and longer survival than conditioning with fludarabine and melphalan in patients with chemo-sensitive hematological malignancies
