摘要：
The new waste paper stock preparation plant at Plattling was started up in 1995. It is regarded as pointing the way ahead in technology in Germany. In connection with the 7th PTS Deinking Symposium in Munich early in Mai 1996 technique and technology of this plant are presented in detail in this article.
