摘要：
Supply chain management and technological innovation are the current topics which the scholars have studied. The supply chain management with technological innovation can overcome the limitations of individual enterprise resources, and link into enterprise groups. The enterprise groups in the supply chain can also form an effective technological innovation system through the technology acquisition and sharing mechanisms in order to improve speed and certainty of supply chain operation. In this paper, we would explore the meaning of technology supply chain, summarize the content of innovation network based on the management thoughts of supply chain and its operation model, and then draw conclusion with several measures to build up the technological innovation network based on supply chain network.
