摘要
The cultivation of the innovative talents of science and technology practice is a complicated systematic project. It is a strategic measure to construct an innovation-oriented country, which is the country's historical requirement for the institution of higher education. This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the education of vehicle specialty through the GROW model, and puts forward the training goal for the students of the vehicle according to the actual talent demand of the labor market. Based on the principle of "Four-giving", the author creates the "Four-level" of Science and Technology Practice and Innovating Talents Training System, researching and exploring a model of scientific and technological personnel training methods, on the one hand to meet the professional requirements of vehicle students on their own talent, on the other hand to improve the overall quality of students and employability and to promote students after the entry of sustainable development.
