摘要
Ultrahigh-resolution and polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography was used to examine the domain boundary of periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN). A 3D image of antiparallel domains in PPLN crystal was characterized with a sub-micron axial resolution. (C) 2010 Optical Society of America
