摘要
The effect of IBA and NAA on the rooting of Rohida (T undulata) in the late winter and late autumn was evaluated in order to determine the rooting ability of this species in different seasons. Rooting of T. undulata was seasonal and the response to auxin was uneven between seasons. Both NAA and IBA had significant effect on rooting. In the late winter the results from the experiments were better than the results from the rooting of cutting harvested in the late autumn. During the first period, the application of NAA at the concentration of 0.3% resulted in 82.92 and 89.37% rooted cuttings via semi-hardwood and hardwood cuttings, respectively, whereas IBA at the concentration of 0.4% resulted in 80.61 and 81.65% cuttings rooted via semi-hardwood and hardwood cuttings, respectively.
