摘要
4G Cellular Network has been deployed and commercialized in Indonesia including in the city of Malang since couple years ago. But the number of percentage of 4G users is still much lower than the previous generation network users. This is certainly the case with the level of user acceptance of the 4G service. This paper shows user acceptance of the 4G services. A construction of Extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is developed with external factors to study the user acceptance. The method used by distributing questionnaires to 4G users is then analyzed by Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using WarpPLS Software. Data connection speed gives a significant influence on the user's intention to use 4G services. In addition, network coverage area, 4G sim card, mobile phones price are also affects on the perception of the user who then influence the user's intentions.
