摘要
In this study, a new biosensor based on modified glucose oxidase (mGOx) and carbon nanotubes was designed. Firstly, the glucose oxidase(GOx) was chemically modified by ionic liquid to obtain a new enzyme mGOx. Secondly, beta cyclodextrin (beta-CD) was combined with multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) to prepare beta-CD/MWCNTs composite carrier. Finally, mGOx was loaded on the beta-CD/MWCNTs composite material to construct a new biosensor mGOx/beta-CD/MWCNTs/GCE. And it was used for the determination of glucose in honey. The prepared enzyme biosensor could sensitively detect glucose, the detection range was between 50 mu M similar to 1.15 mM, the sensitivity was 35.44 mu A center dot mM(-1)cm(-2), and the detection limit was as low as 0.27 mu M. The biosensor had good stability (95.8% current retention within two weeks), reproducibility (n = 10, relative standard deviation (RSD) = 1.6%) and anti-interference. More importantly, actual samples test showed that the glucose biosensor could be successfully applied to the detection of glucose in honey.
