摘要：
Since financial markets are imperfect, companies have dculties in getting external financial sources. It is true especially for small and medium sized enterprises. As a result, their investment is sensitive to the amount of internal funds. The aim of the article is to survey the impact offinancial market imperfections on firm investment on the sample of 53 automotive companies in the SR The survey was carried out during the year 2011. We find supportive evidence for the fact that companies surveyed face credit rationing.
