Financial market imperfections, labour market imperfections and business cycles

A Greenwald-Stiglitz (1993a) style rational expectations business cycle model is introduced in which uncorrelated productivity shocks or monetary shocks generate autocorrelated employment fluctuations due to financial constraints.
