摘要
In the alluvium of the Morava river the ecological characteristics of the floodplain forest in the flooded and non-flooded areas were studied. The Fraxino pannonicae-Ulmetum was the forest community which covered all the study areas. Considerable differences between flooded and non-flooded areas were registered, especially as regards the community structure, presence and abundance of taxons and the productivity of biomass, although the distances between the areas compared were 100-200 m only. Floodwater was considered as a limiting factor. From the microbiological point of view the flooded areas with dominating bacterial communities wore richer in C-bio microbial biomass, but the respiration activity was decreased. High values of Ac cellulolythic activity indicated good turnover of organic matter, i.e. it was sufficient for a healthy and good quality floodplain forest.
