摘要
According to the broad concept of independent innovation, the evaluation indicator system of independent innovation ability of high-tech zones is proposed in this paper. Then, in order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional subjective and supervised comprehensive evaluation methods, a self-adaptive evaluation method, which is the clustering based on self-organizing feature maps (SOFM), is introduced. Finally, based on statistical data in 2005, the independent innovation ability of all the 53 high-tech zones in China are presented; comprehensive analysis, classification analysis and combinatorial analysis are also given before some suggestions.
