摘要：
The modem Vatican City State. dating back to the Lateran Pacts of 1929, has a unique juridical order consisting of canonical provision, its own civil law, and supplementary Italian laws applicable when there arc no canonical or Vatican civil provisions on a matter. This study is an overview of the laws given for the Vatican City State that are currently in force.
