Development of new inorganic perovskite solar cells with a photoactive layer based on perovskite-related bismuth orthoferrite (BiFeO3) and a photoelectrode based on zirconium oxide (ZrO2) is presented. The behavior of the optical and photovoltaic characteristics of perovskite solar cells has been studied under both standard (AM1.5G) and variable illumination conditions in the range of 20-1000 W/m(2). High long-term stability of the parameters has been shown for the developed perovskite solar cells in high humid air atmosphere.
