Total posterior tracheal wall resection and reconstruction: a challenge in pharyngoesophageal tumors

摘要：
This article describes a new technique of resection and reconstruction of the tracheal wall after total pharyngolaryngoesophagectomy and gastric transposition (TPLEGT), in patients with pharyngoesophageal tumors and limited involvement of the posterior tracheal wall (PTW). This was achieved by an anastomosis between the remnant tracheal wall and the serosa of the transposed stomach.
