A web-based remote experiment system with individualized assessment of learners

摘要
Web-based university distance learning courses for engineering requires experiment lessons related lectures. Many researchers have proposed various methods of supporting distant learners and assessing their achievement. However they are mainly focused on remote lectures rather than remote experiments. We have experienced that assessing learners' achievement in experiment lessons requires evaluation of both reporting and understanding. In addition, personalized guidance according to their achievement characteristics is effective in both teaching and stimulating learners. In this paper we propose a method that offers personalized learning support and assessment of learners in remote experiment environment.
