Research on the Relationship of Marine Engineering Maritime Safety and Marine Environment Protection under the New Era Background

In this paper, we conduct research on the relationship of marine engineering maritime safety and marine environment protection under the new era background. With the high-speed development of global economic coastal and offshore waters have been more and more serious pollution, marine environment quality decreased obviously, the relationship between the marine engineering and environment protection is popularly studied. Our research proposed the novel perspective of the relationship which will help the optimize the current condition and situation.
