Towards a new innovation pattern in the Czech Republic

摘要：
This chapter gives a comparative assessment of the changes in the resources and social frameworks of the Czech S&T institutions by comparing them to the standard pattern of an advanced national innovation system. The main finding is that institutional changes are shaped to a great extent by structural dependencies. Nevertheless, even within the constraints of available resources, niches of qualitative change can be identified.
