摘要
The paper presents results of the investigation that focused on a new concept of teaching Informatics in primary and lower secondary schools. The investigation was conducted in a north-west district in the Czech Republic in 52 teachers working at schools where teaching practice of pre-service teachers is carried out. Data were collected via a questionnaire consisting of 15 multiple choice and open answer questions. The results were structured into five areas: (1) preference for an original or new concept of teaching ICT/Informatics, (2) didactic skills and subject knowledge of teachers, (3) school equipment for teaching Informatics in single education areas; (4) learning materials and methods, (5) teachers ' experience in online distance learning and online distance teaching. The results show that a new concept has not been fully supported by most teachers for various reasons. However, some features were discovered, indicating that during a two-year transition period, their opinions may change.
