摘要：
The brain may be seen as an electronic network made up of neurons and their connections. The structure of a neuron consists of both higher - conducting "passive" membranes and an "active" component of transmembrane voltage; the two are mediated by intra- and extra-cellular ion concentrations in a water milieu. © 2016 IEEE.
