摘要
A highly stable and highly efficient electroexplosive device for initiating powerful shock waves that contained a detonator based on a narrow copper foil coated with a polymer film and a semiconductor generator of submicrosecond current pulses that provides an electric explosion of the foil in a time of similar to 70 ns are considered. The possibility of using the developed device for detonating powerful explosives that are resistant to thermal and mechanical external influences is demonstrated.
