摘要
In this paper, a semiclassical theoretical model in magnetic multilayers with an oscillatory transmission coefficient (T-s) has been developed. The transmission coefficient has an oscillatory factor relating to the thickness of space layer. Other affections such as interface roughness on T-s are also taken into account. The numerical results for [Fe/Cr](n) multilayers calculated by this model agrees with the experimental data very well, both in the values and the oscillation of GMR effects depend on the thickness of space layer.
