摘要
Platinum (Pt) has been doped into indium tin oxide (ITO) film to serve as an anode contact layer for organic light-emitting diodes. The existence of platinum atoms reduces optical transmittance of the ITO anode but improves optoelectrical properties of the devices. Pt-doped ITO film with oxygen plasma treatment is found superior to that without treatment.
