Experimental investigation for the enhancement of accuracy of pulse electrochemical machining by improvement of pulse power

摘要
It has reveled that the feature of quasi- high frequency and short pulse current can enhance the anodic dissolution localizability and improves the gap flow field. It results in the enhancement of accuracy within in 0.05mm, which is going to improved with the increase of pulse frequency and shortening of pulse width. These have been verified by trial production. The reliability and stability of the pulse power has been improved: The over temperature of MOSFET was avoided by heat sink of new heat pipe; The noise immunity was enhanced; The mu s range rapid short circuit protection was developed and improved.
