摘要
Critical path method (CPM) is a fundamental and frequently used method of project management. In case of vague and uncertain lengths of activities the situation is complicated and traditional CPM can't be used, fuzzy numbers are proposed to use in order to solve such situations. This paper deals with a comparison of selected methods of identifying the critical path (with an emphasis on the calculation of activities reserves) and solution of problems in the fuzzy CPM.
