摘要
This paper uses empirical research methods to study the differences among organizational commitment, job satisfaction, personality traits and turnover intention based on MBA students' gender. As a result, we find that MBA students' gender nearly shows no significant difference in these variables. This paper is one conclusion of the subject: Research on relationship between organizational commitment, job satisfaction, personality traits and turnover intention.
