Study on the grey comprehensive evaluation of Kansei image for product design

摘要
By the image quantitative evaluation of the popular products and using clustering analysis, evaluators select the typical samples as the evaluation schemes of product design. On the basis of statistical analysis of the evaluation information, the product Kansei image is described as the interval numbers and the multi-objective information matrix of the evaluation schemes is constructed. A new evaluation method for product exterior design based on the grey image intervals is presented based on the grey relational decision-making theory. This method can sort the product design, and by way of the theoretical basis, it intensifies designers' understanding of the customer's preference degree and demands accurately. A practical example is given to illustrate the use of the proposed method.
