摘要：
IT outsourcing is an important strategy in the IT resources management of insurance enterprises, and A successful IT outsourcing relies on its strategy selection. This article gives a careful analysis of the motives, problems and the status quo of the IT outsourcing in Chinese insurance enterprises, and then provides a strategy selection for Chinese insurance enterprises under the guidance of related theories.
