摘要：
The analysis of impact factors of industrial cluster is the key to increase technological innovation level of the clusters as well as regional economic development. In this paper, we undertook the field survey of 41 sample enterprises of the lighter industry clusters in Wenzhou and analyzed the status of technological innovation, refined the impact factors of technological innovation in industrial cluster and built impact factors model for the industrial cluster technological innovation. These factors are divided into internal factors and external factors. Among which, intermediary services factors and the government factors arc the important external factors.
