摘要
The article proposes to use six groups of key indicators to assess the efficiency of logistics systems management: Financial indicators, Time, Costs, Consumer satisfaction, Stocks and Indicators of the organization of the logistics system. A feature of the proposed indicators is that they reflect the results not of the general management of the enterprise, but of the impact on it of logistic management. The concept of "dynamic reflection of the logistics activity of an enterprise" has been introduced as a set of indicators for which it is possible to single out the proportion of their values that is provided directly by the logistics activity. It is proposed to evaluate the indicators of the enterprise of the logistics system, which characterize the deviation of the logistics process from the standard, by the indicator of logistic entropy. It is an estimate of the growth in the share of negative characteristics: logistic costs, duration of the logistic cycle, number of defects, etc.
