摘要：
Under rapid development of network media technology, Requirements of College English Teaching (Trial) clearly points out that we should retain advantages in traditional teaching modes and meanwhile strengthen construction of software about English teaching based on internet by combining with advanced information technology centering on network technology, so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students in the process of English teaching. This paper studies relevant problems in independent learning of college English under network platform, and proposes corresponding strategies.
