摘要：
A high-resolution Second Harmonic Optical Coherence Tomography (SH-OCT) system is demonstrated using a spectrum broadened femtosecond Ti:sapphire laser. Images of highly organized collagen fibrils in the rat-tail tendon are demonstrated.
