摘要
The paper is presenting aspects regarding the influence of feeding level on the breeding of sterlet in a recirculating aquaculture system (RAS). The experiment took place over 30 days, in 4 pilot breeding units of aquaria type of 300 1 in volume. Two kinds of foddering level variants were compared, with repetition: with 6 g/kg metabolic weight (1.1% from total biomas) and 12 g/kg metabolic weight (2.2% from total biomas), respectively. The stocking density was of 14 fish/unit. The parameters of fish breeding showed that changing the quantity of fodder, the fish growing was positively influenced. This experiment showed that Acipenser ruthenus is a sturgeon with a weaker growth rate than other strugeon. However, it is still possible to obtain an increase of fish biomass, between 1.2-1.5 kg/m(3), using different quantity of pellets with more than 40% crude protein.
