摘要：
This paper introduces the concept and theory of time-base distortion. Then we present an efficient least squares algorithm for estimating the time-base distortion of sampling oscilloscope. The method requires measurements of signals at multiple phases and frequencies but can accurately estimate the order of the harmonic model. Finally, we introduce an effective method for modifying the time-base distortion according to the estimator.
