Research on the Modern Governance Path of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of System Theory

With the deepening of government governance, education is changing from management to governance. As an important part of government governance, modern governance of higher vocational colleges is a complex systematical engineering, so the review and analysis should be carried out by using the system theory from the perspective of macro vision, the level and structure, internal and external dimensions and other dimensions. Based on this, the author tries to find out the problems of modern governance in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of system theory, analyze the causes of formation, and analyze the system attributes of modern governance in higher vocational colleges. Respond to internal and external demands, build a modern governance system structure composed of organization level, rule level, behavior level and environment level of higher vocational colleges, and innovate the modern governance path of "internal and external enhancement, with pluralistic governance", to promote economical and social development.
