摘要：
The idea of Business Process Reengineering emerges at the historic moment to accept the challenge of market competition. This paper, based on the fundamental thought of the organization innovation of Business Process Reengineering,further studies and analyses the implementation conditions,the procedures as well as the critical strategies of modern Business Process Reengineering. At last,the paper also makes some suggestions on how to trace and evaluate the result of the innovation.
