摘要
A novel high-performance video image processing chip design based on CRDVC algorithm is presented. It offers low voltage supply, low power consumption and highspeed features that make it suitable for real time applications. A basic circuit block on this chip, current mirror, is reviewed and a new design is reported. Simulation results using TSMC 0.18mum CMOS technology confirm the excellent performance of the new design.
