摘要
This is a circuit theory work on functionality of a classical Winner Take All circuit. It tries to make consistent the unavoidable variance of MOS threshold voltage with the weak inversion regime. The corresponding mathematical problem is to impose invariance conditions on the solution of a system of differential equations with an altered parameter and inside an altered domain. These result in computable bounds for the input currents to be processed and for the bias current as well. Also, a controllable region of weak inversion where the transients are trapped is established. A numerical example with various variants of relevant parameters which allows design oriented choices is discussed.
