摘要
Through analyzing and summarizing experiments of post earthquake restoration and reconstruction in or out of China, and based on investigations analysis and assessment of Wenchuan earthquake, this thesis discuss the graveness environmental impact faction of post-earthquake restoration and reconstruction, have environmental impact assessment on cities and towns' post earthquake restoration and reconstruction, constitute measure to prevent and reduce badness environmental impact of post earthquake restoration and reconstruction accordingly, quest for corresponding environmental protecting countermeasure, provide sustainable guarantee for post earthquake restoration and reconstruction.
