摘要
The formula is derived concerning the influence of the fault dip angle during the understructure excavation on fault zone stress distribution and on fault slipping. It is shown that the maximum normal stress of the fault zone emerges at the nearest place from the excavation spot and that the influence of fault dip angle on the shear stress is mainly evident within the area where the angle of loosening is positive. With the increase of the dip angle, the slipping range on the fault zone increases.
