Design of Control System in the Cutter based on DSP

摘要
In this paper, the control system of Synchro-fly Cutter is based on DSP TMS320LF2407 and EV3000, EV2000 inverter, which communicates through the protocol format 485. The PC which achieves a friendly interface is designed by VC++. The system can not only achieve the synchrocontrol between the speed of the cutter and the change of the paper length, improve cutting accuracy and reduce the errors, but also has better scalability. The system is controlled easily.
