摘要
This paper reports a pioneering investigation of the orientation change of the a phase after recrystallization and the mode of transformation from the alpha to the beta phase on heating above the beta transus in the alpha/beta alloy Ti-6Al-4V by in situ texture measurements done at room temperature, 800 degrees C, 1020 degrees C and again at room temperature using the HIPPO neutron time-of-flight diffractometer at the Los Alamos Neutron Science Center.
