摘要
The aim of the article was to deal with the converging premises of holistic (or environmental) justice and socioeconomic justice in order to attribute a hermeneutic-concreting sense to socio-environmental justice. The study addressed the ideological aspects of ecologism, the premises and transdisciplinary nature of environmental justice. The work concluded that socio-environmental justice, as content and process, can be materialized in its precarious historicity, but permanently revisited and updated. Therefore, it is necessary to improve or create institutions and instances that effectively extend the recognition and enable the participation of peoples and social groups in the deliberative and monitoring processes of environmental issues and sustainable socioeconomic development at local, regional, national levels and international. The methodologies used in the research were philosophical-speculative, analytical-conceptual, philosophical-deductive and philosophical-normative, since the study has axiological-conceptual and procedural intent. Specific bibliographic texts were consulted as primary sources.
