摘要：

The industry chain efficiency research is significant to build the theory system of industry chain, which however is still blank in China. This research defines the industry chain efficiency concept from the perspective of Pareto-Efficiency, applies Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methodology to evaluate the industry chain efficiency, and establishes the decomposition model to analysis the influencing factor to industry chain efficiency. The empirical result of China's coal industry chain efficiency indicates that the efficiency is just 0.778 and the pure technology efficiency and the reallocative efficiency are the key influencing factors.
