Differential calculus on quantum spheres

We study the quantum spheres S-q(2N-1) (, introduced by Vaksman and Soibelman) as an example of quantum homogeneous spaces, focussing on their noncommutative geometry.-As an important step towards this goal, we establish a framework of covariant differential calculus on the quantum spheres including first and higher order differential calculi and a symmetry concept.
