摘要
Inter-turn fault is the most probably fault in permanent motor. It is important to find an useful method to diagnose the inter-turn fault before the permanent motor is broken. Stator windings current is always used to evaluate the inter-turn fault. But it is difficult to find small inter-turn fault using only stator current. The vibration signal and stator current are all detected and analyzed in this paper. LabVIEW is used to control the data acquisition system and receive the vibration and stator current signal. The vibration spectrum and stator current spectrum are obtained by FFT. These two spectrum is fused with the correlation analysis method. The correlation analysis method gives out more obvious feather of the inter-turn short circuit fault. Test shows that the permanent experimental system and the correlation analysis method can fully meet the requirements of permanent magnet synchronous motor fault test and research.
