摘要
As the technology developing, the war of information becomes the most important reasons of the victory of the war nowadays. The SAR image is the major way of scout, it is a very hot topic of the research. SAR makes the picture based on the microwave coherent, so that it always has noise. And the noise makes large impact on the image. Therefore it does make sense that removing the noise of SAR image. In this paper, the method of SAR image noise removing is based on wavelet transform. Make the noise variance of large scale equal to the noise variance of fine scale. And we find out the wavelet coefficient of the noise manifest as a high value in the horizontal, vertical and diagonal high frequency coefficient. Finally do fuzzy threshold processing of wavelet coefficient.
