摘要
This paper presents radiopropagation results simulations in 28 GHz, 38 GHz and 60 GHz with 128 elements massive MIMO array operating at an outdoor urban area located in the historic downtown of Bogota D. C. city (Colombia). ICS Telecom EV software on high resolution digital cartography is used to perform the basic coverage analysis, SNIR (Signal to Noise and Interference Radio) coverage analysis and throughput coverage analysis and simulation parameters proposed for the 5G networks also are used. Massive MIMO multiantenna systems hope to be incorporated in the next fifth generation networks as one of the technologies that will support the high demand of mobile services through wide bandwidths in millimeter wave frequencies (mmWaves). Results denoted radiopropagation behavior of 128 elements in each one mmwaves frequencies analyzed and performance in 5G networks design.
